Serving the communities in which it operates has been a stated aim of CFCL since its formation. It has consistently worked to provide quality infrastructure in villages around its plant.

The infrastructure projects such as road construction, potable water, irrigation improvement, sanitation, etc. have significantly improved the living standards of the people.

The company has also partnered the Government of India and the Government of Rajasthan to make the villages open defecation free and achieve universal sanitation. It also conducts information, education and communication activities to bring about transformation at scale.
